By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional safety guidelines or liability waivers presented before your session.
Wreck Room reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 16 years of age or older to take part in any Wreck Room experience.
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate under any circumstances.
Management reserves the right to request valid proof of age and to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement or any other safety requirements.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Wreck Room reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to operational, technical, or safety reasons.

4. Arrival Policy

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund, depending on operational schedules.
Failure to arrive within the permitted grace period may be treated as a no-show.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within the permitted period may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the booking policy.
No refunds will be issued for: no-shows, late arrivals, missed sessions, or failure to meet participation requirements.
Refund processing timelines depend on the original payment method.

6. Safety Requirements

Safety is our highest priority. Every participant must attend the mandatory safety briefing, wear all protective equipment provided, follow staff instructions at all times, and use equipment only as directed.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Health & Fitness

Participants confirm that they are physically fit to participate.
Individuals should not participate if they are pregnant, have serious heart conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, recent surgeries or serious injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any condition that could make participation unsafe.
If uncertain, participants should consult a medical professional before booking.

8. Behaviour Policy

Wreck Room promotes safe, respectful, and responsible conduct.
Participants must not threaten or abuse staff or other guests, intentionally damage safety equipment, enter restricted areas, bring prohibited items into the facility, or behave in a manner that compromises safety.
Management reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for inappropriate behaviour.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Wreck Room is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

10. Damage to Property

All smashable items provided during the session are included within the selected package unless otherwise stated.
Participants will be financially responsible for any intentional damage caused outside designated smashing areas, including damage to safety equipment, walls, fixtures, or facilities resulting from negligence or misconduct.

11. Photography & Videography

Participants may capture photos and videos unless otherwise instructed.
By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes unless they notify Wreck Room in writing before their session.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and text remain the intellectual property of Wreck Room and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, disrupt website operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Participation in a Wreck Room session involves inherent physical risks.
While Wreck Room takes extensive safety precautions, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wreck Room shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings or website use will be handled in accordance with Wreck Room's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

16. Force Majeure

Wreck Room shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

18. Right to Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any individual at any time without a refund.
